KIDZ CLUB 2021 WEEKLY ACTIVITY CALENDARS

Kidz Club is the school age summer and holiday program at the Heritage Child Development Center and is for children who have completed kindergarten through completed 5th grade. Kidz Club participants are in a fun-filled, yet structured environment during the summer months and holidays while their parents are at work.

REGISTRATION
The registration fee for Kidz Club is $75. The registration fee covers Summer 2021 and MPS Holiday Care for 2021-2022. Click here for the REGISTRATION FORM.
TUITION
All tuition is due on Monday morning of the current week. There will be a tuition box at the sign-in and sign-out table. Late Pick Up: Remember there is a charge of $5 per minute for every minute that a child stays past 5:30pm.

LOCATION
Kidz Club is in the Backyard Kids Space, which is in the middle of the Heritage facility. For security, we ask that you walk your child all the way in the building and into the Backyard Kids Space and sign them in and out each day.
QUIET TIME & RECREATION
We have a quiet time/nap time each day and children are encouraged to bring pillows/blankets. These items must be taken home on Fridays as we do not have room to store them over the weekend during Sunday Children’s Ministry activities. Water bottles are also encouraged for use in outdoor activities and recreation.
MEDICINE
If your child will need to be given medicine while at the CDC, you will need to fill out an Authorization for Administering Medicine form. These forms are available in the CDC office. These forms are only good for one week. No over the counter medication can be given to your child by our staff without written authorization from your child’s doctor with dosage amounts and frequency of dosage.
